What's most amusing about this- it seems the guy with the idea picked a photo where the girl looks... plain? She's not smiling, her throat (where the Adam's Apple would be) is concealed, and the rest of her body can't be seen. You can't just grab a photo of some Scarlet Johanson-looking woman in a bikini with a big smile and makeup caked on, otherwise it would be immediately identified as a woman.
