Jorah is going to have a bit of a rough time finding a forever home with that "ONLY ANIMAL IN HOME" requirement.

That is always a tough one. Finding a home for 'solo' dogs or dogs that prefer older humans (no kids) is never easy. That's almost certainly why he's still in the shelter.
