Saw this and knew you'd be into it! Sure wish I could adopt another dog ... we had two and one passed away. The problem is the second is an old border collie that's now blind and has diabetes. We're afraid she won't react well to having a second, younger dog. Bummer though ... we like dogs.

We have two again as well. We decided to adopt another before our older dog got too old, so I totally get your point.

We kinda debate back and forth on that. But afraid of pushing her over the edge ... sounds weird, I guess, but they get to be like your kids.

We're dog folks. But have one older border collie and would like a second, but not sure she'd be able to handle another around.
