Jesus did not confirm or deny the accusation. I tend to think that he woupd not have been afraid to just say "Yes, that accusation is true."
Instead, he was clear that his kingdom is "not of this world".
His lack of denial could be interpreted as tacit agreement with the statement, but I would not draw doctrine from such a questionable passage.
Jesus will end up as sovereign over everyone whether they be jew or human.
