Later, when he used the Find My feature to track down his device, it led him to a vending machine for used electronics several miles away and near an ICE detention center, according to the reporting. It is probably referring to one of those EcoATMs where you deposit your phone and it gives you cash for it. Or a gift card. I am not sure. I've never used one. Yeah...no breathey no screamy. The ICE agent knew what he was doing and decided to add insult to injury.
