The answer is pretty thick, but I'll try to help a brother out. It's like this, you know how all those famous politicians have been blackmailed by massod with child sex tapes, drugs and murder? (Think Diddy.) Guess what... So are the not famous politicians, judges and, yes, even police officers. Once this is understood as fact, the answer is obvious:
The people in charge of handing out the punishment to keep children safe from sexual predators - are, themselves, child sexual predators. Chances are good this one, was in with a group of local, blackmailed, cops, judges, lawyers, mayor, etc. The one that got beat up has blackmail on the local big guys and expected their protection.
