I remember when he allegedly gassed himself in his garage "I tried to warn you. Goodbye" or something like that

Well I vaguely remember a pic he posted, that was supposed to be him with some kind of gas mask on his face connected to a tube, and I believe but I'm not sure that his plan was to connect it to his car exhaust pipe
