Crazy part is there are million dollar mansions on the same street. Private police department too. It's weird. This latest one thinks the neighbor is stealing their food out the the garage. The previous one thought the neighbor was "piping noise" into their unit. Another neighbor is a severe alcoholic who has their son taking care of them. Dude might be in here for all I know.
