Instead of wearing blue jeans all the time, I'd rather wear the khaki-colored pants I see everywhere. But I'm not looking for dress slacks. I even saw a kid cutting grass wearing a pair yesterday.

That's your first mistake, asking about their tags. Walk confidently up to the group of them, make steady eye contact with each of them and ask, "Hello gentlemen, mind if I take a glance at your Dickies?"

I usually wear dickies for khaki workpants, but they pissed me off ever since they got rid of the clasp and replaced it with a button.
