Actually now that I’ve seen it again the owner did physical push them first, both times. The second with a bat, that they were swinging around. The people sticking around really only did so long enough to them the owner know, they were infact violating discrimination laws. The owner went quite quick to escalating to it being physical. They told the owner not to touch them, she went STRAIGHT to making it physical. When she / it did, then merely pushed her off. She went STRAIGHT to escalating with a weapon, that she went STRAIGHT to swinging around and actually touching them with it. The scuffle became a disarment.
