Actually now that I’ve seen it again the owner did physical push them first, both times. The second with a bat, that they were swinging around.

The people sticking around really only did so long enough to them the owner know, they were infact violating discrimination laws. The owner went quite quick to escalating to it being physical.

They told the owner not to touch them, she went STRAIGHT to making it physical. When she / it did, then merely pushed her off. She went STRAIGHT to escalating with a weapon, that she went STRAIGHT to swinging around and actually touching them with it.

The scuffle became a disarment.

I want to see more of this kind of stuff. Trigger these insane idiots and then dominate. Sick of this madness.

Yes it makes people shoot videos trying to give businesses money against their will like faggots and dick cakes forced upon Christian bakers. All involved are cunts, the owners and videographers alike.

Go wear you mask and cuck inside, faggot.

I'll simply not give them my business instead, dipshit.

That will work well when the business are grocery stores and they require jabs not masks, faggot.

Cops got called

Cops reviewed the video evidence

Cops arrested the mask-less customer activists.

Even though video evidence shows they broke no laws and were the victims of assault.

They were violating a mask mandate

They were asked to leave and were then trespassing. (Not criminal trespassing yet because that requires reporting them to the police and then they would have to come back)

Police are the front lines of law enforcement and and are given the first call on enforcement judgement calls. The shop keeper getting too close and violating personal space was not deemed assault... the violent shove of the shopkeeper was deemed assault. From that point on everything the shopkeeper did was 'self defense'. You may not agree with the calls the responding officer made but unfortunately he does have the power and authority to make those calls as he sees fit. The only recourse is to take it up with the courts at that point.

The owner can physically remove you the moment you decline the order to leave.

The moment you refuse to leave you become a trespasser.

No different from any other home invader.

The owner striking you to force you out is not assault if the force is "reasonable."

Just like a bouncer removes you from a bar.

Striking the owner is assault.

So now it's trespassing and assault.

At that point the owner can probably legally kill you in self defense.

Self defense is not just defense of self. It is also defense of property.

It doesn't matter what other laws the owner may or may not be violating.

Call the police and press charges if you want to, but do not trespass.

This knobhead wannabe Viva Frei. The door was open, the business was open to trade. Trespass is only a thing when you are creating nuisance. In your mind, if you go into a business to complain and they don't want to hear your complaint, they can ask you to leave then get a baseball bat out and kill you in self-defence? Fuck off will ya lad.

Don't be fooled by that logic - trespass exists as soon as you refuse the property owner's order to leave. The property owner is not required to justify that call in any way whatsoever. This includes renters, leaseholders, etc.

In a store, your permission to first enter during the public hours of operation is implied, not your right to remain when told to leave. You have no right to remain if it is not your property. The owner does have the right to remove you from the property. Including physically if necessary.

Is the bat "unreasonable" when you are both outnumbered and outmassed?

Not if you are in fear for your life from openly aggressive people who are refusing to leave.
