Not Annihilating the army at Dunkirk when he had the opportunity, wasting the 6th at Stalingrad, and falling for the deceit at Calais are a few.

All of those are ideas you have using hindsight.

Ie useless.

IMHO his one greatest mistake was not empowering liberated ussr states as he promised to. He should of had them as allies vs. Ussr.

His propaganda and espionage efforts were terrible.

As was his economic efficiency
