I was at an event once that had a sandwich bar for the attendees. The person in front of me, the very definition of mayo dumpster, began to make a sandwich.

I do not know how he did it, but he took a good portion of the food service sized mayo container, and made a perfect inch-thick mayo slice on his bread. I mean, I like mayo but that's just bleeaargh.

Fat people aren't fat from fat. They're fat from sugar and grains, and usually extremely salt deficient.

They're fat from eating an excessive amount of food regardless of what it is.

Feed lots function the same way - by putting cows on a high carb, salt restricted diet. It's not rocket science.

Salt deficient? Isn't most junk food and processed food full of salt?

Not really. It’s excess calories, either from fat or sugar. But most of the time they have an underlying metabolism problem, especially thyroid issues. The “hate one major macronutrient and blame the world’s atrocities on it” way of thinking is lazy and getting boring

Eating plants is well known to lead to thyroid issues. Carnivore dieters usually don't their thyroid healing after a couple years.

Sugar, starch, carbs - they all sound insulin, and that is the source of many diseases.
