Are they going to be handing out campaign medals to the generals for the withdrawal from Afghanistan?

And nothing was accomplished in America's years in Afghanistan except for a massive increase in opium production for the CIA and a lot of American boys dying and being maimed. Not sure what the CIA will do now for their opium - negotiate with the CCP?
