He talks about how blacks should be hated for what they do, that they are being manipulated and mislead into acting the way they do. So I say that what he's saying is that they are too stupid to live freely in our society, that they should all be put into care homes. If they are this dangerously stupid that they can be so easily manipulated in this way, and cause so much destruction as a result of this, that they are not safe to be let to live like white people are. When a white person is this retarded, they aren't seen as fit to have the same rights as everyone else, in fact, allowing them to live freely is seen as dangerous and negligent of the safety of them and those around them. So our laws allow us to place them into special care where they will be monitored and controlled for the rest of their lives, these are the "special needs" members of our society. What a conservative says is that blacks are essentially these retarded people, and so when they say these things, I bring up the idea of how impractical it would be to put the majority of the black race into special care. The response is befuddlement, oftentimes, so I have to make it clear that if what they say about black people is that their minds are so disabled that they could be roped into this type f behavior, it means that they are not safe to live in our general society due to their natural limitations on intellectual capability, therefore they should be placed into special care. But that would be prohibitively expensive and would be too much for our system to handle.
