I'm vaguely aware of what this is. The idea is that the person with the illness either keeps another person physically ill, or gives them the real perception that they are ill, in order to fulfill some perverted desire to be needed, or something. I doubt I skewered that, but it's rough. Is the idea that site owners must convince the users that we are the sick ones, and they are protecting us by banning users for unseen behaviors?
