One just ran right by me, out in the open, zipping across the floor at top speed.

They kind of freak me out.

Thing is, they eat everything else.

So I leave them be.

This one was fucking huge though.

He's got to be eating a lot to maintain that size.

I always called them silverfish, but maybe it's a regional term.

I guess cucumber is a deterrent? Idk. I used to have them when I lived in an apartment but I just ignored them, they seem harmless and they mostly hung out near the ceiling.
