When the Georgians attacked the Russian peacekeepers with overwhelming force in 2008, they had Ukrainian military armored regiments helping them, and they still got their asses kicked by the Russians and were destroyed in two days.

Six years later, in 2014, the Ukrainians were again attacking the Russians, specifically ethnic cleansing of ethnic Russian villages in the Ukraine, slaughtering civilians with military and militia forces in Lugansk and Donetsk, home of the famous pro Russian Cossacks.

Once again they got their asses severely kicked by the Russians, only this time the Ukrainians lost the core of their regular military, gutted is the appropriate term here, rendering the Ukraine no longer strong enough to engage in further offensives. That conflict is still ongoing.

No doubt the Russians enjoyed this revenge too, since the Neocons have been using Muslim terrorists against Russia since the Soviet days.
Syria has served as a huge funnel, drawing in ISIS type terrorists from all over the planet, fed into the Russian meat grinder to die.

That war also continues through this day.

While Trump did not engage in aggressive actions against Russia, he did commit a series of unfriendly actions, both military and economic. Building new bases, training new forces, and stockpiling weapons on the Russian border does not pass unseen.

Now the Neocons have regained power under Biden. They are the 911 people. They are likely to attack again. My guess is Belarus but it could happen anywhere really. You can be sure the Russians are expecting them.
