Work out, exercise, do something invigorating. The chemicals in your head will rebalance and make you feel better.

Then, once you are centered, ponder your path forward. Live a life your forefathers would be proud of.

Balance your internet with physical labor. Don't just run - labor for use.

Stay in touch with people and reality.

Talk to someone that isn't toxic brother, although that is hard to find.

Get yourself I into some really good hobby. Anything. Doesn't matter what anyone thinks of it. Flying drones, building models, collecting legos, just do something you like.

Read books. You can find inspiration in them.

Work out. Working out always helps your mind and body and will help you in many ways.

You can find faith, but I am going to be honest most of them might take you for a ride. Just search for your spirituality. Meditation can help in a lot of ways.

Going hiking or walking just to clear your head and recenter yourself can really help.

Idk who you are and you may be a piece of shit, but don't you dare kill yourself or anything like that. That is what the world wants of people like us right now. Be strong, keep your head high. You aren't alone. I've lost motivation lately and feel like I'm in a slump as well. Just find things to keep you going. Don't turn to drugs or anything. You got this. I hope you get over this.
