None of the persecution has to do with Qanon. They're coming after people who aren't towing the state rhetoric, they'll equally come after Qanon and non-Qanon alike. It's completely discredited at this point. If an ounce of what Q said was true, and it was in fact an effort to stop what has happened, what's the point of following it anymore? It took supposedly a couple decades to devise this plan and it didn't come to pass. There's going to be a new plan made starting now? Good.
