Image to image AI, so you start with an image of the happy merchant and enter a text prompt describing what you want the content to be.
Easiest one is probably "InvokeAI" which is a one click install, but there are some online too if you don't have the right hardware to do it locally.

Ya, that's what I'd like to know. It must be some photoshop tool.
If someone drew this thing from scratch, the guy in the top right wouldn't have no head or chest.
