I'd bring Churchills books on the history of WW2 so they had a head start, as well as location of Uranium in their occupied territories. As well as as many blueprints of their later models of vehicles and guns. I'd also make them storm the beaches of Dunkirk instead of letting them go to make peace deals better, and make sure they don't ally with Japan and declare war on the USA because Japan won't declare war on Russia.
