Yep. That's why I use "portableapps" version of Chrome.

I only have one choice on this machine - supermium. Everything else long ago stopped supporting it.

It's a chromium fork meant for older machines. I believe they support back to XP.

People get mad at me for using firefox, but it's the most comfy and least intrusive browser for me. It's also the only one with 100% reliable ad blocking now.

I can't stand later versions of Windows, and I hate fucking with file share networking in linux when it's not a wired machine.
