The thing with the drug overdose patient nearly murdered for his organs in 2021, concept of "futility of care" and euthanasia all got me thinking about the state of "healthcare" today. The whole "being killed for organs" ffs, really does happen. Futility of care is "meh, you won't get better so we aint gonna provide care". Different from palliative care, that which provides comfort as hospice. Euthanasia and "assisted suicide", well, you're just an umwanted pet at that point. We have become an inhumane society.
