Yes, Chertoff is now head of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, which will pretend to review the Disinformation Governance Board.

Chertoff is obviously an evil person who should not be on the earth, but I am only addressing the claim that he has replaced Nina on the DGB, which he has not.

I'm sure the DGB will just be renamed and/or operate in secret, of course.
