I guess Lil' Miss Nina Tik-Tok singer lacked gravitas or something (as well as the good sense God gave a goose) and somebody at the White House decided to send down to central casting for a Bond villain.
Somebody should tell Mikey not to smile for his profile pic. It doesn't help that it makes him look like he's thinking about the bunch of toddlers he has locked in his basement.
