Tip: build a lightning rod into it next time, dipshits.
Along with not building it out of flammable materials

Statue made of fiberglass, melts at 1000 F, gets hit by lightning at 50,000 F. Interesting that the statue was built with a staircase to eyes so you got to see the view up top thru Jesus' eyes.
Who has the biggest Jesus now? “Cristo del Pacífico” in Lima, Peru at 121 ft
I could see it clearly from the outside terrace of the Mangos Restaurant in Larcomar last week. An excellent place to eat.

Back in 2010 the "touchdown jesus" got smite by God and it was struck by lightning and burned down.
This is the replacement they put up in 2012. I am sure an earthquake is on the way to knock that fucker down.
The wrong statue, the one I posted was in Mexico; it burned down this week
I was pointing out the one here in Ohio that God was displeased with and torched in 2010.
Our Lord is not too fond of statues anyway, so no big loss I guess.
