My last post explained I was running out of eggs. With just the last couple days near or above freezing, my birds are back in production.

It's a good thing, because people are calling, texting, and emailing me from one ad I posted recently. Most of the time, people want hatching eggs. Now, I've got 6 people wanting eggs for pickling. A handful just want eggs to eat (maybe pickle too, idk), and another handful want a couple/few dozen eggs each to hatch.

Did one of the kardashians eat a pickled egg on tv recently? I'm not complaining, but I do find it unusual.

Yes, agitating is important to keep the yolks centered. There's also the matter of a thicker membrane than chicken eggs.
