a) seems be be a complete guess as to contents of any docs ... hardly worthwhile article b) if such docs do exist, it does not spell "doom" for demorats (no explanation how this would affect the democrats, seems to be all gov't agency docs, if they even exist) c) even if the docs exist as they say that they do and they become public...no one will care
