I have oral arguments in an appellate court coming up. In my brief I mentioned a pending case before that court and they issued a totally idiotic decision (after the time of my brief filing); I'm sure to point the errors of their decision to them during my oral presentation. 100% sure that they'll appreciate it ! My case? It will likely go all the way up to the state supreme court no matter how they decide .. it involves government corruption...and shows how the state and its actors try to void laws that hold such things accountable.
Good luck with this case. It;s hard to relax in your down-time after working hard during the day.
Which state will receive the "pleasure" of your oral presentation?
