Wow, I can't even resolve the domain name anymore. Thought they would just be unprotected by cloudflare and get DDOS'd. Looks like it's gone.

Edit - 8ch twitter said they may be down for 24-48 hours while they switch providers.

Is voat online for you still? Whenever I try to go there it asks me to log in or register. I lost my old account info and I can no longer register so It bars be from going any farther.
