I've been looking at this purported FBI Phoenix Intelligence Bulletin that list Qanon as a political fringe group. It is either a fake or something that the Phoenix office put out for themselves only. First, I searched the FBI vault and couldn't find it... strike 1. Next, it referenced mostly news articles and Snopes. The references to actual cases were all listed as classified and missing... strike 2. There is nothing on the document that says who authorized the release or gives the names of the authors... strike 3. The description of the Qanon group describes Q as releasing classified material to the public and advocates violence. Q explicitly states that he releases information in an unclassified format so that classified documents are safeguarded and only advocates justice through the system... strike 4 My conclusion is that this is either fake or a poorly researched bulletin.
