Epstein will be a military tribunal (i.e., crimes against humanity and political/world wide ties [mossad]). His plane landed in the US, not him. He was arrested on the plane. The plane and all of his property have been confiscated.

That's a good question. However, he might be safer in custody than anywhere else these days.
