No, I've been trying all day. I never log off so when I first got on my computer all I could see is what was there from the night before. When I tried to refresh the page for new info. all I got was the goat error message. I have tried even changing browsers, but that didn't matter.

I have given up on refresh completely. It has been down a lot yesterday but up a lot today.

When Voat times out it takes you to a timeout page. Refreshing just refreshes the timeout page.

If you are not in the United States, maybe try changing your location from your VPN
