There's an article that mentions maybe they tracked him (Andrew) down because of the pizza box exhibited in his picture.

Maybe Elon is referencing that.

On the other hand, he (Andrew) was arrested on human (child?) trafficking suspicion.

And Musk certainly knows about the dustup with Podesta and the emails and the suspicious references to pizza.
