I'm thinking it's possible that if we could make a guaranteable encrypted, anonymous, and non surveillable form of communication we could save the world.
Elected officials, judges etc could start operating from 100% remote unfindable locations. So the DS doesn't like how they voted? Who gives a shit, not even they could find them. Need to organize a hit or revolution or insurrection against a tyrannical or usurped (we'll just say, non US) government? Go ahead.
