When the white Russian-Ukraines in Crimea and the Donbass region realized that they could not vote to elect their next President, and were no longer considered citizens of Ukraine by their own government they opted to secede from Ukraine and become Russian citizens. Socialist governments whether its Marxism/Communism or Nazism, all believe that they must nationalize and control the children and indoctrinate them so that they can be easily manipulated automatons into adulthood. Preventing the parents from impressing their Christian values and traditions upon the children is the first step. Socialist governments discourage belief in a Creator and will even ban entire religious groups, because you must believe in government as your savior and spiritual guide. Curricula in socialist schools discourage self reliance, critical thinking and deductive reasoning and encourage reliance on the government instead. Public schools in America and other Western nations have incorporated many socialist agendas while Christian schools continue to prevail against socialism. When the US became a Constitutional Republic, socialism was in no way responsible for the growth and success of the nation. It was hard work, their obdurate Christian values and persistance to succeed in an environment of liberty and freedom. Americans never needed a big socialist government that control their children and every aspect of their lives to become great. The breakdown of the family unit is the primary cause of societal devolution within our country. Sadly, most mothers and fathers have to work to make ends meet. As it was in earlier times in middle-class families one parent usually the father could afford to support his wife and raise a whole family, that is no longer possible. As such, parents end up having to put their kids in socialist daycare centers that indoctrinate children at a very young age and so the first part of the cycle continues into adulthood.
