There's been a clear change in out elections post-2009. Trump won in 2016 bc they underestimated his popular support, and, since then, the Globalists have done everything possible to control every aspect of elections - I can clearly show this on a timeline.

But, you're right - they knew they needed VBM to win in 2020. In March of 2019 , the National Task Force on Election Crises was created in large part to facilitate VBM in case of a natural disaster. They got their disaster by creating a disaster - and now we're living with their disaster.,
