Agree - they need objective evidence.

Mayer (guy on stand now) is from University of WI - another PO grantee.

so not surprised ,. yesterday the judge said " az doesn't have expert witnesses ..... " this is so convoluted = BAD.

It's looking like a bunch of circumstantial evidence with little proof. We'll see.
