Obviously, he has to be in office to do this. He says it will happen the day after is inauguration - Not sure if he means 2025 or next month. I hope for the latter because we certainly do NOT have until 2025.

When Trump was in office, he never called on the Republican majority to repeal or change the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act. The enemy is kicking our asses. We have to do things differently!
