This is about the peace deal DJT negotiated to withdraw troops and get out of Afghanistan. The US-Taliban deal. This was the end to the decades long "war" in Afghanistan. This was what removed and brought home troops from Afghanistan. There were a lot of moving parts to this deal and people inside the WH did everything they could to sabotage it directly. Pompeo talked at length about this deal. It was controversial in my opinion because it ended the bullshit "war". You can search the deal and read it. It ended the war in Afghanistan so the media painted DJT as a looney because everyone profiting off war loves more war. Here is my take: If you read this deal and walk away with Trump freed prisoners then that is sad. This is classic cherry picking. This is also from an account where the woman is freaking out about Musk targeting progressives on Twitter. She's just angling so that every word that comes out of her mouth paints the people she hates in a bad light.
