A possibly smarter move would have been to construct a scenario where Baker would have to very clearly and obviously act as an agent against the interests of his employer. Trap the fucker properly, so that he could be not only fired, but also sued and convicted.

Most of us here can see the corruption of these fuckers. But there are still normies (and lots of them) that still buy the MSM bollocks. Just firing him will allow him to play the victim, he will complain that he was fired for political reasons (which isn't entirely untrue, but is the opposite to what he would argue).

One issue that would weigh against this course is that the judiciary is almost totally corrupted. So, Baker would likely get away with pretty much anything. Fuck, he could probably kill someone and would be let off.
