Not sure on others but it’s pretty easy to see who’s voted in the past, moved or died so I believe they get most of their extra votes from that list.

Yes - increasing number of these "compliance" initiatives across the country. In many cases, this adversely affects elderly people on fixed incomes who can no longer physically maintain their lawn, paint their home, etc and are unable to afford to hire people. I'd love to see community volunteers help them with these sorts of issues.
Another thing I've noticed is splitting fees - for example, my town used to have the sewer fee included in the water bill - Now, it's split off and nearly as high ass the water bill itself. Similarly, trash got split from the municpal fees and is now three times as high. Not only that, many towns are outsourcing these billings to out-of-state conglomerates - not only taking away local jobs but also consolidating data for the Globalists.
A lot of people got rich off those funds but only the little guys are being held accountable.
