You’d need to start with lie detector tests. I can almost guarantee out of 100 people you’d have a few informants and a couple agents in your group. They’d do anything and everything to make you look bad and would take innocent conversations and get you for sedition. You’re better off waiting for a collapse when people are desperate and willing to do anything for their families to survive. People are still too comfortable. Even if they lose a roommate and can no longer afford rent they just move to a cheaper part of the country. We’ve lost so many fiends and acquaintances since Covid, they just packed up and left. Real sad but they’re trying to survive and know they can do it somewhere else instead of fighting back. We have 40ish% Republicans in “dark blue” Oregon it’s only dark blue since we only have mail in voting for the last 20 or so years and the districts are gerrymandered to hell. In reality it’s probably closer to 50% but with all the extra ballots, we also can’t purge voter registration any longer after 2020 and now you can mail a ballot Election Day and as long as it’s postmarked by 8:00pm it gets counted for up to 7 days later(brand new this year) they have a week to cheat, Election Day is election month, were fucked and stay “dark blue”. Redrawn district that we’re traditionally red now lose by 100 or lose votes after the 2010 and 2020 district redrawings. It never goes the other way almost like those 100 votes are added at the end. We used to purge the roles of you didn’t vote in two federal elections, then it became 10 years, now it’s racist and they can’t be purged unless requested. My niece and a nephew moved away 10 years ago and their parents still get ballots for them, the kids have followed every step to get removed from the Oregon voter registry to no avail.
