Hadn't heard of this. A quick search shows she died in 2015 in London. No cause of death has ever been released.

I know. Ron was very close to her, and her cause of death has been hush hush. Not drug related, she worked for a major consulting firm in the US

All that's said is 'sudden' and 'unexpected' (doesn't that sound familiar these days), leading people to speculate it was natural causes. If it was, then why not, (aside from privacy), release the reason? Does make it look a bit shady.
