I thought he was at the G20. Was that picture of him and Trudeau in their Chinese jackets not recent? (edit: I just read that he skipped a G20 dinner.)

Also, from what I've read, he not only wants $37B for their primary money laundering ruse (Ukraine), he wants another $9B for their backup ruse (COVID).
