On 10/12 the FBI filed a motion to stay the 9/29 order for two more weeks, which Ty Clevenger did not oppose. On 10/18 the judge granted an extension to 10/27. On 10/27 the FBI again claimed it didn't understand the production order. On 11/10 Ty Clevenger filed a response explaining that the FBI is full of baloney.
