Dems are running the same scare tactics on women they've done for decades using abortion. Republicans know this too. There was no messaging from the GOP on anything related to this.

Even if Graham hadn't done that and the Dobbs case hadn't been decided this year, those trollops weren't about to vote for any republican. Half of them probably never even heard of Graham's proposal. They just hate who they're told to.
