Last I heard Somalia (unless they left), Ukraine, and Haiti just right before midterms... They have had enough time to corrupt the chain of command and pump "thier" heads full of CNN propeganda... The mandates in retrospect were diabolically designed to remove the non-complaint from many industries including military. The Red Wave vs The White Wave of mail in ballots.

Recount with no mail in ballots counted, make them prove there was no "Red Wave"...
