I read Dershowitz's deposition in 2016. It was from Oct 2015. Around 90 pages but highly recommend the read. It shed some light on Epstein island for sure. Dershowitz's problem with this has always been that when Guiffre filed this case in 2014 Dershowitz was Epstein's attorney for this case. sourced here: https://www.idtheft.utah.gov/attorney-general-sean-reyes-participates-in-alan-dershowitz-deposition/ So... yeah... that's a problem. Dershowitz has been desperate to make this go away coming up on a decade. My guess is someone got paid (Guiffre) and settling this opens the door for a larger case that has been sitting on the back burner.
